temporary insanity or active imagination?

i found that lately with myself that if i gota keep my mind busy coz when it gets idle, especially around nighttime, i start seeing crazy things. like once i seen an hand come out of my pillow next to my face but i knew it wasn't real. Other instances id walk by things like a closet or cabinet and sees in it or behind me. but im also a light sleeper too and under constant stress... but idk guys... am i losing it? or is this active imagination?

doing alrite, nothing big lol. i still work in Big Y but now as a Meat Clerk in the meat dpt. Still drawing but most of my newer works aren't uploaded yet because im waitin 4 a friend of mine to upload em when she has time to.

thats good. I work full time running a storage company. I live in clinton mass with my boyfriend and well yeah, i've just been working and going to the gym lately.
